Nice products, delivery could be faster

I purchased the Silk Sleep Ritual Set. The items themselves are lovely, very soft and feel high-end, just as described. The silk pillowcase and eye mask are comfortable for sleeping. However, the delivery took a bit longer than I anticipated for a premium brand, about a week and a half from order to arrival. The packaging was elegant, though. I'm happy with the product quality, but a slightly quicker shipping option would make the experience perfect.

I got a Lavender Spa Gift Box for my sister's birthday and they let me add custom embroidery to some items inside. Just ask them directly, they're usually pretty helpful.

Yeah, they do custom stuff. I think it depends on the item, but for gift sets, you can definitely add a personal touch. I did it for a corporate thing once.

Yeah, depends if it's bespoke. If it's just off-the-shelf like an eye mask, it's pretty fast. Custom embroidered robes can add a few weeks.
